VM Varketili Mall is a multifunctional shopping and business center that combines various types of shops, dining establishments, and entertainment and leisure spaces. Special attention has been given to recreational areas, enhancing our unique concept.

Varketili Mall is strategically located in the eastern part of Tbilisi, adjacent to the Varketili metro station, making it a key urban, commercial, and transport corridor in the city.

The 7-storey building features 45,000 sq. m of internal space on a 12,000 sq. m plot, including 3,000 sq. m dedicated to recreational areas, as well as both open and closed parking facilities.

The renovation and construction of Varketili Mall are expected to be completed by 2025.
